About: Implementing Lean Software Development : From Concept to Cash

This is probably the methodology book I've ever read, but perhaps I've led a sheltered life. Distilled down, the content might have made a for or five page article. The authors express fairly obvious ideas in long-winded ways, mixed in with very personal opinions which are really in need of discussion rather a bald statement. This book is really for managers rather than programmers, but I wouldn't like to work for a manager who read and believed all this stuff. For example, do we really want to work for someone who judges a programmer by how tidy their desk is? A potentially very dangerous book.
