Everybody can write for Onyxtic Book Review site! If you want to go beyond reading other people's book reviews, articles and comments, you have three options.- Posts your own book reviews
- Posts as a columnist
- Write articles
- Post code snippets for others to see
What to Write in Your Review
Please write your review concentrating on the content of the book, and make sure to explain how you arrived at your conclusions. If you wish, you may mention similar books and how they compare. You may write one review of this book of up to 450 words.
What Not to Write in Your Review
We appreciate the time and effort you put into your review, and respectfully request that you avoid the following:
- Comments not focusing on the book content.
- Comments on other reviews.
- One word reviews. Please tell your readers how you arrived at your conclusions.
- Languages other than English. Since all the books are in English, please write your review in this language which all readers of the book can understand.
- Information on seminars, tours, presentations, and other time sensitive data.
- Profanity, vulgarities, and spiteful words.
- Addresses, phone numbers, URLs, etc.
- Information on price, availability, shipping, and ordering.
- All submitted reviews become the sole property of onyxtic.com
- Reviews are normally posted within a day or two.
- Reviews that do not follow the Review Rules may not be published.
Articles
Onyxtic.com welcomes articles. Articles are professionally edited, and they end up on the home page of this site. If you would like to write for us, please make sure you read this page before handing in your proposal. What You Get in ReturnBy sending in your article or book review, what you get in return is priceless - you get to reach thousands of readers as well as have your linkback to your site, blog or Twitter. You will also have the footer of your article to write up a little profile about yourself. This of course must be limited to two (2) links to your site, no affiliate links will be accepted.
